Individual Membership:

Individual memberships are available to individual over eighteen years of age.
Individual members shall be entitled to full use of the Club & facilities.

• Complete the Membership Application and return it to Dalat Palace Golf Club together with payment of the membership initial fee.
• Provide 2 photos (3x4)
• Provide copy of passport or ID card

Family Membership:

Memberships are available to individual family to full use of the Club & facilities
(Member, spouse & dependents under the age of 18)

• Complete the Membership Application and return it to Dalat Palace Golf Club together with payment of the membership initial fee.
• Provide 2 photos (3x4) of each nominee
• Provide copy of passport or ID card of each nominee
• The house-hold registration or the marriage certificate
• The birthday certificate of dependents

Corporate Membership:

Corporate Memberships are owned and issued in the name of a corporation.
Companies, partnerships or unincorporated associations may apply to become
Corporate members. Nominated persons or their family shall be entitled to full use of the Club and facilities (dependents under the age of 25)

• Provide the letter from your corporation assigning nominee(s) and copies of corporation license.
• If one nominee family, provide:
  
  - Complete the Membership Application and return it to Dalat Palace Golf Club together with payment of the membership initial fee.
  - Provide 2 photos (3x4) of each nominee
  - Provide copy of passport or ID card of each nominee
  - The house-hold registration or the marriage certificate
  - The birthday certificate of dependents
• If one nominee individual, provide:
  
  - Complete the Membership Application and return it to Dalat Palace Golf Club together with payment of the membership initial fee.
  - Provide 2 photos (3x4)
  - Provide copy of passport or ID card
  
  
• Corporations may from time to time nominate another individual (s) to replace the existing nominated individual(s) upon payment of the required Re-nomination fee of 7,700VND (unit: x1000VND) and complete the Membership Transfer Agreement for Dalat Palace Golf Club.

Membership transfer:

• All membership are transferable to an individual or company whose application has been approved by the Clubs and upon payment of the transfer fee. Transfer fee is 10% of the current sales price at Dalat Palace Golf Club, whichever is greater (tax inclusive).

Additional Nominee to Corporate Membership:

Additional Nominee must be combined with a corporate membership 264,000VND (unit x1000VND) is the fee to add another nominee to an existing corporate membership.

Annual Dues:

These Memberships will be subject to annual dues according to the each year price which Dalat Palace Golf Club advances.

Payment:

• The Club will normally advise each applicant as to the status of their application and will refund the initiation fee to those applicants who are not accepted for Membership.
• Payment can be made by cash in USD, or in VND at the official exchange rate at the time of payment.
• Bank transfers are also accepted, subject to applicant’s payment of bank charges. Credit cards are not accepted for payment of Membership but are welcome to use them for annual dues and all charges.
